QCY T1C Pairing

How to Pair QCY T1C

First Time Pairing

  1. Pick up both QCY T1C earbuds, pop two QCY T1C earbuds into the case to activate them
  2. Pick up both earbuds again
  3. On cellphone, Open Bluetooth function, search for QCY T1C and tap to connect
  4. If connecting success, QCY T1C Pairing complete
  5. Once paired earbuds will auto power on upon picking up from the case. If earbuds fail to auto power on, please charge them and try again
  6. To Switch Paired Device
  7. Turn off phone A’s Bluetooth faculty and earbuds will auto disconnect and enter into pairing mod
  8. On phone B, search for QCY-T1C and tap to connect Multi-point connection is not available. Earbuds will auto reconnect to phone upon powering up again

QCY-T1C Mono mode

  1. Two earbuds paired before, turn off them then hold MFB on either earbud for 2s to power on. It will auto turn to be connectable to cellphone(led blinks blue) after two earbuds re-pairing timeout
  2. On cellphone, search for QCY-T1C and tap to connect
  3. Connected

How to Reset QCY T1C

Factory Setting

  1. On cellphone, delete the connectivity records of QCY T1C
  2. Earbuds are power-off and out of case, hold MFBs for 10s or until LEDs blink red and blue 3 times to power on and set factory
  3. After factory setting, please rebuild connection with cellphone
  4. If all steps success, QCY T1C Reset complete!

(please try the following steps if earbuds fail to connect)

QCY T1C How to Wear

  1. Rotate earbud and pop it into your ear then shake head to check wearing stability
  2. Please adjust mic towards your mouth to gain better calling experience

QCY T1C Button Control

  • Power on:
    • if QCY T1C earbuds Power off : Hold MFB for 1s
    • If QCY T1C earbuds charging: Pick up earbuds from case
  • Power off:
    • If QCY T1C earbuds Power on: Hold MFB for 5s
    • If earbuds are power off and out of case : Push earbuds in case
  • Factory Setting: Hold MFB for 10s when Power off
  • Answer / end call: Press MFB incoming call / calling
  • Ignore call: When incoming call, Hold MFB for 1s
  • Voice assistant: Triple press MFB
  • Music pause/ resume playing: Press MFB
  • Skip track : Double press MFB on right / left earbuds to skip track forward / backward
  • Switch call to earbuds: Hold MFB for 1s
  • Switch call to phone: Hold MFB for 1s

QCY T1C Calling Switch

  • Three-way calling Switch
  • Press MFB to answer incoming call. If another call is coming in sync, press MFB to put the first call on hold while activating the second call or hold MFB for ls to ignore the second call. Double press MFB to switch between held call and active call

QCY T1C Charging Earbud

  • Push earbuds in case to power off and charge them. LEDs will glow solid red when charging and turn off once topped up

QCY T1C Charging the Case

  • Charge the case via USB cable. LED will glow solid green when charging and turn off once top up

QCY T1C Tips

  1. Before using the headset, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future references
  2. The headset need to be fully charged prior to first-time use
  3. If the headset is left unused for over two weeks, please
    recharge it periodically
  4. Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer
  5. If the headset cannot be found by your phone, please check
    whether it is in pairing mode; if left unconnected for a long
    while, the headset will exit pairing mode, please re-enter
    the mode if a procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot
    it; if a procedure error of the headset occurs, reboot or reset it

QCY T1C Caveats

  1. Never disassemble or modify your headset for any
    reasons to avoid any damages and danger
  2. Do not store the headset in extreme temperatures (under
    0 C or over45°C)
  3. Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or
    animals
  4. Do not use this headset during a thunderstorm to avoid
    irregular function and increased risk of electric shock
  5. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to
    clean the headset
  6. Keep the headset dry
